Consultation Committee. (a) The Union and the CMPA-BC agree to establish a Consultation Committee which shall meet as required but not less than once every six (6) months during the term of this Agreement to review the operation of this Agreement.
(b) The purpose of the Consultation Committee is to promote the co-operative resolution of workplace issues, to respond and adapt to changes in the economy, to xxxxxx the development of work-related skills, and to promote workplace productivity.
(c) The Consultation Committee shall be comprised of three (3) representatives of the CMPA-BC and three (3) representatives of the Union.
(d) The Consultation Committee will continually monitor the effectiveness of this Agreement during its operation in order to assure work opportunities for the Technicians and the competitive position of the Producers. Amendments to this Agreement may be established by agreement of the Consultation Committee which shall also be empowered to make recommendations to resolve any dispute over the intent and application of this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. On the request of either party, the parties shall meet for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. 27.01 The Board and the Association agree that the Consultation Committee shall meet not less than once a term during each school year.
27.02 The parties shall co-chair the committee.
27.03 The timing and agenda for each meeting shall be arranged by the co- chairs. Each party may submit agenda items.
27.04 Items on the agenda shall be issues relating to the workplace which affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. The parties agree to the formation of a Consultation Committee consisting of up to but not more than five (5) members each from the District and the Union for the purpose of maintaining communication between the parties on matters of mutual interest. Such Committee shall meet every six (6) months, or more frequently if requested by either party. It is understood that this Committee will not hear matters pertaining to grievances and collective bargaining. Attendance at Committee meetings for members of the Union shall be without loss of salary.
Consultation Committee. On the request of either party, the parties shall meet at least once every two (2) months until this Agreement is terminated for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Consultation Committee. In order to promote the free flow of information among the Union, the District, and the Board, the Union and the District agree to establish a Consultation Committee composed of three representatives of the Union selected by the Union, and the Superintendent or designee, and the District’s Maintenance Director. The Consultation Committee shall meet at mutually agreed upon times as needed, to discuss matters of mutual concern.
Consultation Committee. A Consultation Committee may be formed to provide a forum for public agencies and private entities to provide input on matters affecting the Authority. The charter for this committee, including the manner in which it conducts itself, will be established by the Board, and described in the Bylaws.
Consultation Committee. (a) The parties shall appoint a Consultation Committee composed of two (2) appointees of the Employer and two (2) appointees of the Union.
(b) On the request of either party, the parties shall meet at least once every two (2) months during the school year for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by the agreement.
(c) The purpose of the Consultation Committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues.
(d) Any representative of the Union on this Committee, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the right to attend meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of pay.
Consultation Committee. 10.01 Each Party will appoint representatives to a Consultation Committee which will meet monthly during the term of the Agreement about issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any Employee bound by the Agreement.
10.02 The purpose of the Consultation Committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues, to respond and adapt to change in economy, to xxxxxx the development of work related skills and promote workplace productivity.
10.03 The Consultation Committee shall be comprised of not more than three Employees from the Union Plant Committee and two members of Management.
10.04 The Consultation Committee shall have a quorum to meet where there are at least two of the three Plant Committee members set out above and two Company representatives.
10.05 At its first meeting following ratification of this Agreement, the Consultation Committee will select Co-Chairpersons, being one of the Plant Committee members set out above and one Company representative and a Minute Taker.
10.06 The Co-Chairpersons shall prepare and post an agenda three calendar days before a scheduled Consultation Committee meeting.
10.07 Minutes will be taken of Consultation Committee meetings.
10.08 Consultation Committee Employee members will be paid for meetings attended by a quorum and meetings between Co-Chairpersons to develop the Agenda.
Consultation Committee. L8.01 The parties agree to establish a Committee whose function shall be to discuss and investigate issues arising from new or revised legislation or other issues which the parties agree to discuss.
