Common use of Facilitator Allowance Clause in Contracts

Facilitator Allowance. A Facilitator will be paid in accordance with the salary grid set out in paragraph 5.01 plus a responsibility allowance. The responsibility allowance for teachers serving as Facilitators on a part-time basis shall be pro-rated in accordance with the time assigned to the Facilitator role.
