Available Facilities. In the event there are facilities and equipment in an area adjacent to or near the Contract Area which have excess capacity that could be utilized by Contractor, the Ministry may, considering the efficiency and economic management of existing resources, cause such facilities and equipment to be made available to Contractor for any Development and Production Operations, provided, however, that such Development and Production Operations shall not interfere with the ongoing operations in that area. The Ministry will then implement the process set out in Articles 50, 51, and 52 of the Hydrocarbons Law.
Available Facilities. (a) Subject to the terms of this Facility Agreement, the Lenders agree to allow the Company to make Drawings by subscribing for Notes issued by the Company pursuant to a euro credit facility (the “Facility”) in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Commitments. The Company offers the Notes to the Lenders and, subject to the terms and conditions of this Facility Agreement, the Lenders accept such offer. (b) Subject to the provisions of this Facility Agreement (including Section 4.06 (Limitation on Indebtedness) of Schedule 6) and the other Finance Documents, the Company may issue additional notes with the same terms, conditions and security and as part of the same series as the Notes after the fulfillment of the Lenders’ Commitments hereunder by entering into additional facility agreements substantially similar to this Facility Agreement.

Available Facilities. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Lenders hereby grant to the Borrowing Entities a revolving credit facility pursuant to which: (i) each Lender severally agrees to make Loans to the Borrowing Entities in accordance with Section 2.3; (ii) the Issuer agrees to issue, and each Lender agrees to participate in, Facility Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrowing Entities in accordance with Section 2.17; and (iii) the Swing Line Bank agrees to make Swing Line Loans in an amount not exceeding the Swing Line Commitment in accordance with Section 2.2; PROVIDED that in no event may the aggregate Total Outstandings exceed the Aggregate Commitment. The revolving credit facility shall be available from the date of this Agreement to the Termination Date, and during such period the Borrowing Entities may borrow, repay and reborrow from time to time.

Schools, clubs or groups wishing to use a pavilion must negotiate this use directly with the seasonal tenant, well in advance of their booking. This includes access to toilets and change rooms, for example. The seasonal tenant is under no obligation to make the pavilion available. The Village Hall does not have a licence for the sale of alcohol, but the hirer may obtain such a licence (TEN) at his own expense, but always subject to obtaining the necessary permissions from the Management Trustees (see item 4.3 of the Standard Conditions of Hire).
