Fair Housing Requirements. Nondiscrimination. The Landlord shall not, in the provision of services or in any other manner, discriminate against any person on the grounds of age, race, color, creed, religion, sex, handicap, national origin, or familial status. The obligation of the Landlord to comply with Fair Housing Requirements insures to the benefit of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the LPA, any of which shall be entitled to involve any of the remedies available by law to redress any breach or to compel compliance by the Landlord.

Fair Housing Requirements. The Agency is committed to full compliance with all Federal and State Fair Housing Laws. Therefore, Salesperson shall fully understand and comply with all Fair Housing requirements and shall not act or advertise in any way to deny equal professional services or housing opportunity to any person for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin as mandated in the “Equal Housing Opportunity Act” or any other current or future enacted regulations.
