Common use of Family Coverage Clause in Contracts

Family Coverage. Effective October 1, 2021, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $1039.00 per month toward the premium for dependent coverage for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a School District family health and hospitalization plan.
