Family Defined. “Immediate Family” is defined as an employee’s spouse under a valid marriage pursuant to NRS 122.010 or a registered domestic partner as defined in NRS 122A.030 and the employee’s parents, legal guardian, children, stepchildren or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ children, brothers, sisters, grandparents, or grandchildren. The term “Immediate Family” also includes an employee’s spouse’s (or registered domestic partner’s) parents, legal guardian, brothers, sisters, grandparents, or grandchildren.
