Family or household. For the purpose of this clause the following are members of an employee’s immediate family or household: • a spouse/ partner, same sex partner, a de facto spouse/ partner/ same sex partner of the employee, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling or other close family member of the employee; • a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee’s spouse; • any other person who, at or immediately before the relevant time for assessing the employee’s eligibility to take leave, lived with an employee as a member of the employee’s household.

  • Immediate family or household 25.2.1 The entitlement to use personal leave for the purposes of carer’s or bereavement leave is subject to the person in respect of whom the leave is taken being either:

  • Household The following persons may reside in the unit. Other persons may not be added to the household without prior written approval of the owner and the PHA.

It is the responsibility of joint account Owners to determine any legal effects of opening and maintaining a joint account.

  • Family Medical Leave or Critical Illness Leave a) Family Medical Leave or Critical Illness leaves granted to a permanent Teacher or long-term Occasional Teacher under this Article shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, 2000, as amended.
