FAST-TRACK CHANGES. The Parties acknowledge to ensure operational efficiency that there may be circumstances where it is desirable to expedite the processes set out above. If both Parties agree in relation to a proposed Contract Change that: the Contract Change does not involve any alteration to, or deviation from the contractual principles set out in this Contract; and the total number of Contract Changes in relation to which this fast track procedure has been applied does not exceed four (4) in any twelve (12) month period (or such higher number as the Parties may from time to time agree in writing); and the proposed Contract Change is not significant (as determined by the Purchaser acting reasonably), then the Parties shall confirm to each other in writing that they shall use the process set out in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 above but with reduced timescales, such that any period of fifteen (15) Working Days is reduced to five (5) Working Days, any period of ten (10) Working Days is reduced to two (2) Working Days and any period of five (5) Working Days is reduced to one (1) Working Day. The parameters set out in paragraph 7.2 may be revised from time to time by agreement between the Parties in writing.

If the Authority considers in relation to a proposed Contract Change that: the Contract Change does not involve any alteration to, or deviation from the contractual principles set out in the Agreement; and the total number of Contract Changes in relation to which this fast track procedure has been applied does not exceed four (4) in any twelve (12) month period (or such higher number as the Authority may from time to time agree in writing); and the value of the proposed Contract Change insofar as it affects the Contract Charges and services delivered under a Supplier’s Tower Service Agreement or Supply Agreement, does not exceed £ [ ] and the proposed change is not significant (as determined by the Authority acting reasonably).[Drafting Note: Figure to be agreed during the development of the Service Operations Manual]. then the parties shall confirm to each other in writing that they shall use the process set out in paragraphs 3, 4, 5,and 6 above but with reduced timescales, such that any period of 15 Working Days is reduced to 5 Working Days, any period of 10 Working Days is reduced to two Working Days and any period of 5Working Days is reduced to 1 Working Day. FAST-TRACK CHANGES. 4.1 Each step of the procedure for Contract Changes outlined above will have time periods attached to it that both sides will have to adhere to in processing proposed changes. The length and the aggregate length of these time periods mean that the Change Control Procedure can become more time consuming than the nature of the proposed changes and their importance to either party warrants.

If: the total number of Contract Changes in relation to which this Fast-track Change procedure has been applied does not exceed 4 in any 12 month period; and both Parties agree the value of the proposed Contract Change over the remaining Term and any period for which Termination Services may be required does not exceed £100,000 and the proposed Contract Change is not significant (as determined by the Authority acting reasonably), then the Parties shall confirm to each other in writing that they shall use the process set out in Paragraphs 4, 5, 6 and 7 but with reduced timescales, such that any period of 15 Working Days is reduced to 5 Working Days, any period of 10 Working Days is reduced to 2 Working Days and any period of 5 Working Days is reduced to 1 Working Day. The Parties may agree in writing to revise the parameters set out in Paragraph 8.2 from time to time or that the Fast-track Change procedure shall be used in relation to a particular Contract Change notwithstanding that the total number of Contract Changes to which such procedure is applied will then exceed 4 in a 12 month period.

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.

  • Room Change Residents may submit requests for housing assignment changes. Students are not permitted to move or trade spaces without administrative approval. Once a housing assignment change has been approved, the resident must move in accordance with prescribed timeframe and abide by all appropriate key policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and fees associated. Students are financially responsible for rate differential if applicable.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • GSA Changes Where NYS Net Prices are based on an approved GSA Schedule, the date the approved GSA Schedule pricing decreases during the Contract term; or

  • Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.

  • Project Changes 1.8.1. All changes shall be administered per the UGC.

  • Minor Changes Within Sale Area, minor adjustments may be made in boundaries of cutting units or in the timber individually Marked for cutting when ac- ceptable to Purchaser and Forest Service.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.
