Federal Employees Health Benefits. (FEHB) carriers resolve FEHB claims under authority of Federal statute (chapter 89, title 5, United States Code). A covered individual may seek judicial review of OPM's final action on the denial of a health benefits claim. A legal action to review final action by OPM involving such denial of health benefits must be brought against OPM and not against the Carrier or the Carrier's subcontractors. The recovery in such a suit shall be limited to a court order directing OPM to require the Carrier to pay the amount of benefits in dispute.

Federal Employees Health Benefits. Program (“FEHB”). BCBSF and Provider acknowledge that it is their mutual intent that this Agreement meet any and all requirements of applicable Laws, including without limitation applicable requirements under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and the Standard Contract (the “FEHBP Contract’) entered into between BCBSF (as the “FEHBP Contractor”) and the United States Office of Personnel Management (“OPM”) in connection with said FEHBP. Accordingly, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and in addition to any other provisions of this Agreement, including those set forth in Article III with respect to termination, the parties agree that:

  • Health Benefits The method for determining the Employer bi-weekly contributions to the cost of employee health insurance programs under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) will be as follows:

  • Compensation/Benefit Programs During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executive personnel, including savings, pension, profit-sharing and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

  • Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all savings, pension and retirement plans (including supplemental retirement plans), practices, policies and programs applicable generally to senior executive employees of the Employer (the “Benefit Plans”), and on at least as favorable a basis as any other participant who is a member of the senior executive management of the Employer at the same level as Executive.
