Federally Recognized Indian Tribe(s). When acting in its’ capacity as a regional radio board the Board may provide for representatives of Federally recognized Indian tribes to serve as voting members of the Board when acting in its’ capacity as a regional radio board pursuant to Minnesota Statute 403.39 subdivision 1. All Federally recognized Indian tribes so authorized shall meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers (A) The Contractor shall not restrict an Enrollee’s right to obtain FQHC services outside the PMHP through the Fee For Service Medicaid program.

  • Outside the United States If you acquired the software in any other country, the laws of that country apply.

  • Department Liaison In performing the Services provided for in this Agreement, Contractor’s liaison with the [insert name of department] will be [insert name of contact person in department].

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.
