A feeder driver operating a unit consisting of triple trailers, or two (2) forty foot or over trailers, shall receive six dollars ($6.00) per day or seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour for all hours worked, whichever is greater, over the feeder rate of pay.

FEEDER RUNS. Layover - On layover runs, the Employer shall reimburse such driver for full cost of food and lodging at the layover point upon presentation of proper receipts. A feeder driver operating a unit consisting of triple trailers, or two (2) forty foot or over trailers, shall receive six dollars ($6.00) per day or seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour for all hours worked, whichever is greater, over the feeder rate of pay. Any feeder driver who incurs miscellaneous expenses for approved purposes shall be reimbursed within ten (10) working days upon the presentation of proper receipts. Any delay shall subject the Employer to penalties pursuant to Article 17 of the National Master Agreement.
FEEDER RUNS. Openings or vacancies (as defined in Section 11.1 (c)) shall be posted by location, prior to the application of 11.3(d). Such openings or vacancies shall be filled by seniority within the classification. Subsequent vacancies created by the original vacancy will be limited to three (3) moves. If, as a result of the third (3rd) move, another vacancy or opening is created in the feeder driver classification, it will be bid from the cover driver list, In the event no employee on the list of qualified employees elects to fill an opening, the employee with the feast seniority on the list must fill the opening.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
