Fertility Treatment. The school recognises that experiencing problems with infertility can be very stressful for employees, and that the timing of some treatments is critical. This will be given due consideration when leave for fertility treatment is requested. Treatment may include obtaining medical advice, tests, operations or courses of treatment. The school will grant up to 10 days’ paid leave in any one year for an employee to undergo fertility treatment. The year will run from the first date that leave, for fertility treatment, is approved. If an employee requires time off in excess of 10 days, they should make use of annual leave entitlement (where possible) or school closure periods. Alternatively, unpaid leave may be requested. An employee requesting time off may be required to produce documentation confirming details of appointments.

Alternatively, unpaid leave may be requested. An employee requesting time off may be required to produce documentation confirming details of appointments.

  • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so. Undersigned understands and agrees that the Released Parties do not assume responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.

The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State. (2) In addition, each Contracting Party shall accord to investors of the other Contracting Party, including in respect of returns on their investments, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded to investors of any third State. (3) The provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2) above shall not be construed so as to oblige one Contracting Party to extend to the investors of the other the benefit of any treatment, preference or privilege resulting from: (a) Any existing or future free trade area, customs unions, monetary union or similar international agreement or other forms of regional cooperation to which one of the Contracting Parties is or may become a party, or (b) Any matter pertaining wholly or mainly to taxation.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).
