Wages and Salaries The wages and salaries for Unit employees have been negotiated in good faith between the Union and the District and shall be as set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. The wages and salaries set forth in Appendix A are intended to, and do, meet any prevailing wage obligations which are or may be imposed upon the District.
Transmission Wages and Salaries Allocation Factor shall equal the ratio of Connecting Transmission Owner Transmission-related direct electric wages and salaries including any direct wages or salaries charged to Connecting Transmission Owner by a Connecting Transmission Owner Affiliate to Connecting Transmission Owner’s total electric direct wages and salaries including any wages charged to Connecting Transmission Owner by a Connecting Transmission Owner Affiliate excluding any electric administrative and general wages and salaries.
(1) Administrative and General Expense shall equal electric expenses as recorded in FERC Account Nos. 920-935.
(2) Amortization of Investment Tax Credits shall equal electric credits as recorded in FERC Account No. 411.4.
(3) Distribution Plant in Service shall equal the gross plant balance as recorded in FERC Account Nos. 360 – 374.
WAGES AND COMPENSATION Section 1:
SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.
General Business Expenses The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive's services under this Agreement. Such payment shall be made upon presentation of such documentation as the Company customarily requires of its senior executive employees prior to making such payments or reimbursements.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 26:01 Pay Days
Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows:
12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.
Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to, costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each deliverable.
B. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, when the reimbursement of travel expenses is authorized by the Grant Agreement, all such expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the rates set by the Texas Comptroller’s Textravel guidelines, which can currently be accessed at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/fmx/travel/textravel/
Personnel Costs The actual Worker Wage Rate for Contractor’s hourly employees and the Monthly Salary Rate of Contractor’s salaried personnel who are identified to Owner in advance and in writing but only for the time actually stationed at the Project site with Owner’s prior consent. The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project. All personnel costs are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages, salaries and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Contractor for services performed for the Project.
Accrued Wages and Vacation; Expenses Without regard to the reason for, or the timing of, Employee’s termination of employment: (i) the Company shall pay the Employee any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the Termination Date; (ii) the Company shall pay the Employee all of the Employee’s accrued and unused vacation through the Termination Date; and (iii) following submission of proper expense reports by the Employee, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Company prior to the Termination Date. These payments shall be made promptly upon termination and within the period of time mandated by law.
