Final Design Documents. Consulting Engineer/Architect shall furnish City six (6) copies, unless otherwise noted in Exhibit A, of the above final design plans and shall also prepare the necessary plans and applications for permits for submission to and approval of local, county, state and federal authorities having proper jurisdiction as may be required for initiation, prosecution and construction of the Project.
Final Design Documents. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency among the Contract Documents and the Final Design Documents to be developed in accordance with the Contract Documents, the other Contract Documents shall prevail; provided that: (a) specifications contained in the Final Design Documents shall prevail over plans; (b) no conflict shall be deemed to exist with respect to requirements of the Final Design Documents that TxDOT determines are more beneficial than the other Contract Documents; and (c) other Deviations contained in the Final Design Documents shall prevail over conflicting requirements of other Contract Documents solely to the extent Developer notifies TxDOT of such conflicts and TxDOT approves such Deviations.
Final Design Documents. Consultant will furnish City copies of the final design plans per the City of Olathe Technical Specifications and Design Criteria for Public Improvements.
Final Design Documents. Contractor shall supply copies of the final design electronically in either a Microsoft-based document or PDF format.
Final Design Documents. Golf Course Architect shall furnish City one (1) copies, unless otherwise noted in Exhibit A, of the above final design plans.
Final Design Documents. Project Co must ensure that:
(a) the Final Design Documents are not issued; and
(b) construction of the Works to which the Final Design Documents relate does not commence, unless:
(i) Project Co has submitted the Final Design Documents for the relevant Works for review in accordance Schedule 3 (Review Procedures);
(ii) the State and the Independent Certifier have been given the number of days in Schedule 3 (Review Procedures) to review and comment on the Updated Design Documents; and
(iii) if, in accordance with Schedule 3 (Review Procedures), the State or the Independent Certifier has comments on or rejects the Updated Design Documents, Project Co has complied with its obligations in Schedule 3 (Review Procedures) to amend and resubmit the Updated Design Documents to the State and Independent Certifier for further review.
Final Design Documents. Signage Company shall furnish City six (6) copies.
Final Design Documents. The City’s 90% submittal review comments will be incorporated into the final plans and specifications and a master set of signed contract documents will be provided to the City in PDF format to distribute through its online bidding system. A final engineer’s opinion of cost will be submitted.
Final Design Documents. The Consultant will perform the following services under this amendment:
Final Design Documents a. Kiwanis shall submit to the TOWN detailed design documents of the Mural. The Final Design Documents submitted to the TOWN shall include all of the following:
1. Detailed scale drawings of the Mural with accompanying specificat ions for materials;
2. Design analysis;
3. A description of the site preparation necessary for installation of the Mural;
4. Written description of the procedure for installation; and
5. A preliminary installation schedule;
b. The TOWN reserves the right to require revisions to the Final Design Documents.
