Final Tenure Review Meeting. During the last 3 weeks of the semester the ITRC will meet with the candidate to present the results of the entire evaluation process. the results of the final ITRC meeting, and the committee’s employment recommendation. If the ITRC determines that the candidate’s performance needs improvement, they must present a prepared remediation plan for discussion with the candidate at this meeting.

  • Quarterly Meetings a. The Parties must meet as frequently as necessary to ensure proper oversight of this MOU but not less frequently than quarterly, in order to address care coordination, Quality Improvement (“QI”) activities, QI outcomes, systemic and case- specific concerns, and communicating with others within their organizations about such activities. The Parties each must invite the other Party’s Responsible Person and appropriate program executives to participate in quarterly meetings to ensure appropriate committee representation, including a local presence, to discuss and address care coordination and MOU-related issues. The Parties’ Subcontractors and Downstream Subcontractors should be permitted to participate in these meetings, as appropriate. d. The Parties must report to DHCS updates from quarterly meetings in a manner and at a frequency specified by DHCS.

  • Meeting Agendas Each Party will disclose to the other proposed agenda items along with appropriate information at least three (3) business days in advance of each meeting of the applicable Committee; provided, that a Party may provide its agenda items to the other Party within a lesser period of time in advance of the meeting, or may propose that there not be a specific agenda for a particular meeting, so long as such other Party consents to such later addition of such agenda items or the absence of a specific agenda for such Committee meeting.

  • Final Meeting The goal of this subtask is to complete the closeout of this Agreement. • Meet with Energy Commission staff to present project findings, conclusions, and recommendations. The final meeting must be completed during the closeout of this Agreement. This meeting will be attended by the Recipient and CAM, at a minimum. The CAM will determine the appropriate meeting participants. o The administrative portion of the meeting will involve a discussion with the CAM and the CAO of the following Agreement closeout items:  Disposition of any state-owned equipment.  Need to file a Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement (Form UCC-1) regarding the Energy Commission’s interest in patented technology.  The Energy Commission’s request for specific “generated” data (not already provided in Agreement products).  Need to document the Recipient’s disclosure of “subject inventions” developed under the Agreement.  “Surviving” Agreement provisions such as repayment provisions and confidential products.  Final invoicing and release of retention. • Prepare a Final Meeting Agreement Summary that documents any agreement made between the Recipient and Commission staff during the meeting.
