Finalize Plan. 5.1 Public Unveiling and Final Check-In with Community Opticos will unveil the Adoption Draft Plan to the public, and will provide an opportunity for public input. This Adoption Draft Plan will be presented by the consultant (in person or digitally, to be determined) and posted online. Deliverables: ■ Adoption Draft for Public Review Document (PDF)
Finalize Plan. After Meeting 3, Polis will finalize the plan based on feedback from all Meeting 3 participants. Upon finalization of the draft, Polis staff will conduct a Plan Crosswalk, and submit the plan and the crosswalk to FEMA for review. The crosswalk ensures that all of the elements required by FEMA in a local mitigation plan are present in the MHMP. After receiving feedback from FEMA, Polis will make any requested changes to the plan and resubmit for review and approval pending adoption (APA). Once Polis receives FEMA’s APA, the County will receive the official APA letter, the final plan, and template resolutions for use by the jurisdictions who participated in the plan. The county should adopt the plan within one year of the APA letter date at the latest. Deliverables: • Draft Plan to FEMA • Plan Crosswalk to FEMA • Final Plan to FEMA • Final approved Plan and APA letter to the County • Template resolutions County responsibilities: • Work with jurisdictions to get the Plan adopted within 1 year of approval
Finalize Plan. In partnership with the City, Consultant will develop the draft and final King Road Complete Street Plan. The Draft Plan will be posted on the project website and shared with stakeholders for comments. After public circulation, Consultant will summarize stakeholder comments and share them with the City. Consultant will then revise the Draft Plan into a Final Plan based on one consolidated set of comments. The Final Plan will be produced featuring high-impact graphics and enhanced visualizations and be translated into Spanish and Vietnamese. The City will provide one set of consolidated, non-conflicting comments with a preferred direction in two weeks time.
