Public Review Clause Samples

Public Review. The Act requires the Director and the Administrator to provide an opportunity for public review of a proposed voluntary agreement. [The proposed agreement will be posted on the National Park Service Planning, Environment and Public Comment web site (PEPC). The availability of the proposed agreement and a 30 day public review period will be announced in a press release. The final Agreement will document the public review process that occurred for this Agreement.]

Public Review. The Act requires the NPS and the FAA to provide an opportunity for public review of a proposed voluntary agreement. The proposed Agreement was posted on the NPS Planning, Environment and Public Comment web site (PEPC) for public review from October 21, 2022 through November 21, 2022. The agencies reopened the public review from December 1, 2022 through December 30, 2022. The availability of the proposed Agreement and the public review periods were announced in Federal Register Notices 87 FR 64130 (10/21/2022) and 87 FR 73803 (12/1/2022).

Public Review. A. The EAW developed in Step 2 is processed through normal public review channels. B. Each watershed district with proposed projects will conduct public review meetings for all interested persons to hear and comment on engineers’ and resource managers’ preferred project alternatives. The watershed district will keep a formal record of the meeting. In some cases, a RGU-Federal-State joint public meeting will be held. C. The RGU consults with the project team at the end of the public review period to determine the need for an environmental impact statement (EIS). D. The RGU issues a negative declaration (Finding of No Significant Impacts, FONSI) or an EIS preparation notice.

Public Review. 5.3.1 The parties shall meet and negotiate in good faith at mutually agreed-to times and places after their proposals have been submitted to public review, as required by law.

Public Review a 30 to 90 day period when the public can review and comment on the draft Specification.

Public Review. The general public may review and comment on the annual report. The DOT shall consider those comments during any review of the department's storm water management program.

Public Review. Revising Consultant-prepared documents at the request of the LADWP to incorporate comments by the public or by agencies having jurisdiction in matters of the particular task assignment is not considered to be a remedy of errors or omissions, but is considered an integral part of document preparation, which may be called for by a task assignment.

Public Review. The Environmental Impact Report prepared by SONELEC will be made available to the public for review at the offices of SONELEC, the Ministcre d’Hydraulique, and at each of the nine municipal district offices in Nouakchott within 6 weeks of the finalization of the report.
