FINANCE AND SERVICES. Exchange students will pay tuition and fees to their HOME INSTITUTION. They will be directly responsible for the costs of their on-site orientation at the HOST INSTITUTION. Additionally, they are responsible for all costs associated with their accommodations such as housing, utilities and internet service, all transportation costs, books, fees, personal expenses including food and entertainment, and mandatory student health insurance. All [partner institution short name] students at OHIO are automatically enrolled in the OHIO Student Health Insurance plan. This plan does not cover dental care. [Partner institution short name] students are enrolled in the Student Wellbeing Plan which helps reduce costs for select services through Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS). OhioHealth Care is OHIO’s student health center and is open to all OHIO students living on campus or locally. OHIO students at [partner institution short name] will be registered for OHIO’s mandatory study abroad health insurance.

FINANCE AND SERVICES. All participants under this Agreement must register and pay the specified tuition for the RU−CCAS/UC Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies off−campus degree program. Participating students are responsible for the following: RU−CCAS/UC tuition, set annually and assessed on a semester basis; Textbooks and online materials; and All other expenditures and debts incurred during the course of the student's tenure in the undergraduate program at RU−CCAS/UC. Students meeting these requirements are guaranteed by RU−CCAS/UC that: All required coursework completed at MCCC with a grade of "C" or better will transfer to RU−CCAS/UC and satisfy degree requirements toward bachelor’s degree completion. Students will enroll with full third year standing in the semester following completion of the associate degree program at MCCC. Upon enrolling in the RU−CCAS/UC Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies off−campus degree program, students will be required to complete the remainder of courses to earn the bachelor’s degree as outlined in the attached documents (Appendix A and B).
FINANCE AND SERVICES. 6.1 The Home Institution will require exchange students to register and to pay tuition and other required fees at their Home Institutions. 6.2 Each Host Institution will provide tuition and service fee waivers for the visiting students. The Host Institution also will provide to the Home Institution the necessary documents for obtaining visas. 6.3 [ABBR. NAME] will not disburse U.S. Federal Student Aid ("financial aid") to ILLINOIS students participating in the Program. ILLINOIS will process and disburse all financial aid for ILLINOIS students. ILLINOIS will maintain all records necessary to document student eligibility and receipt of financial aid. 6.4 The Host Institutions will not be responsible for the following costs incurred by Exchange students: 6.4.1 transportation to and from the Host Institution 6.4.2 room and board expenses 6.4.3 textbooks, clothing, and personal expenses 6.4.4 student fees at the Host institution, including adequate health insurance coverage, which are not included in the standard tuition and fee waiver. Each institution will disclose to the other all non-waived fees for the subsequent academic year as soon as these fees are set by the Host Institution and made public 6.4.5 passport and visa costs 6.4.6 all other debts incurred during the course of the year

  • Support and Services ISD and HC agree to the following conditions: A. HC agrees to the following for both the mathematics and English language arts courses: i. To share data and provide feedback regarding student success on entry‐level college mathematics and English language arts courses; ii. To train advisors to recognize and honor course(s) on school district transcripts; iii. To ensure that eligible students are counseled directly into college level mathematics, English language arts, and all other courses that require mathematics and English language arts college readiness; B. HC agrees to the following for the college preparatory mathematics courses: i. To provide the Student Learning Outcomes; ii. To provide the syllabi for the courses being offered. iii. To provide regular meetings between the HC faculty and ISD faculty teaching the course. C. HC agrees to the following for the college preparatory English language arts course: i. To provide the Student Learning Outcomes for Integrated Reading/Writing (INRW 0303) course; ii. To provide the syllabi, including types of essays required (i.e., expository, persuasive, and critical analysis). iii. To provide regular meetings between the HC faculty and ISD faculty teaching the course. D. ISD agrees to the following for both the mathematics and English language arts courses: i. To provide highly qualified instructors for the courses being taught; ii. To identify students who are not college ready as stated in HB 5; iii. To provide professional development and resources required to teach the mathematics and English language arts courses; iv. To identify successful completion of the course(s) on the student transcripts as determined by the State of Texas PEIMS number; v. To provide curriculum for the course that is consistent with HC Student Learning Outcomes; vi. To provide assistance with admission, enrollment, and financial aid applications; E. ISD agrees to the following for the college preparatory mathematics course: i. To teach a math course designed to focus on college mathematics (algebraic or non‐algebraic) concepts; ii. Require students to meet college readiness scores on the TSI Assessment; iii. To meet regularly with HC faculty. F. ISD agrees to the following for the college preparatory English language arts course: i. To teach an integrated Reading and Writing course that focuses on critical reading and college‐level writing; ii. Require students to meet college readiness scores on the TSI Assessment; iii. To meet regularly with HC faculty.

  • Maintenance and Support Services If this Agreement is for IT goods or services, this section applies: Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement: The Contractor shall promptly provide the Court with all Upgrades, including without limitation: (i) all Upgrades generally made available by Contractor to its other customers; (ii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work complies with the Specifications and Applicable Law (including changes in Applicable Law); (iii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work operates under new versions or releases of the Court’s operating system or database platform; and (iv) all on-site services necessary for installation of Upgrades. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that it will maintain services, equipment, software or any other part of the Work so that they operate in accordance with their Specifications and Documentation; and The Contractor shall respond to the Court within four (4) hours after the Court reports a Technical Support Incident (such hours all occurring during Standard M&S Hours) to Contractor. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, AND PAYMENT Delivery. Contractor shall deliver to the Court the Deliverables in accordance with this Agreement, including the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified by this Agreement, Contractor will deliver all goods purchased by the Court “Free on Board Destination Freight Prepaid” to the Court at the address and location specified by the Court. Title to all goods purchased by the Court vests in the Court upon payment of the applicable purchase price. Contractor will bear the risk of loss for any Work being delivered until received by the Court at the proper location. All shipments by Contractor or its Subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: this Agreement number, the Court’s purchase order number, item number, quantity and unit of measure, part number and description of the goods shipped, and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different Agreements shall be listed on separate packing sheets.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Network Maintenance and Management 38.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement. The Parties will exchange appropriate information (for example, maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the government, escalation processes, etc.) to achieve this desired result. 38.2 Each Party will administer its network to ensure acceptable service levels to all users of its network services. Service levels are generally considered acceptable only when End Users are able to establish connections with little or no delay encountered in the network. Each Party will provide a twenty four (24)-hour contact number for Network Traffic Management issues to the other’s surveillance management center. 38.3 Each Party maintains the right to implement protective network traffic management controls, such as “cancel to”, “call gapping” or seven (7)-digit and ten (10)-digit code gaps, to selectively cancel the completion of traffic over its network, including traffic destined for the other Party’s network, when required to protect the public-switched network from congestion as a result of occurrences such as facility failures, switch congestion or failure or focused overload. Each Party shall immediately notify the other Party of any protective control action planned or executed. 38.4 Where the capability exists, originating or terminating traffic reroutes may be implemented by either Party to temporarily relieve network congestion due to facility failures or abnormal calling patterns. Reroutes shall not be used to circumvent normal trunk servicing. Expansive controls shall be used only when mutually agreed to by the Parties. 38.5 The Parties shall cooperate and share pre-planning information regarding cross-network call-ins expected to generate large or focused temporary increases in call volumes to prevent or mitigate the impact of these events on the public-switched network, including any disruption or loss of service to the other Party’s End Users. Facsimile (FAX) numbers must be exchanged by the Parties to facilitate event notifications for planned mass calling events. 38.6 Neither Party shall use any Interconnection Service provided under this Agreement or any other service related thereto or used in combination therewith in any manner that interferes with or impairs service over any facilities of AT&T-21STATE, its affiliated companies or other connecting telecommunications carriers, prevents any carrier from using its Telecommunications Service, impairs the quality or the privacy of Telecommunications Service to other carriers or to either Party’s End Users, causes hazards to either Party’s personnel or the public, damage to either Party’s or any connecting carrier’s facilities or equipment, including any malfunction of ordering or billing systems or equipment. Upon such occurrence either Party may discontinue or refuse service, but only for so long as the other Party is violating this provision. Upon any such violation, either Party shall provide the other Party notice of the violation at the earliest practicable time. 38.7 AT&T TENNESSEE hereby commits to provide Disaster Recovery to CLEC according to the plan below. 38.7.1 AT&T TENNESSEE Disaster Recovery Plan 38.7.2 In the unlikely event of a disaster occurring that affects AT&T TENNESSEE’s long-term ability to deliver traffic to a CLEC, general procedures have been developed by AT&T TENNESSEE to hasten the recovery process in accordance with the Telecommunications Service Priority (TSP) Program established by the FCC to identify and prioritize telecommunication services that support national security or emergency preparedness (NS/EP) missions. A description of the TSP Program as it may be amended from time to time is available on AT&T TENNESSEE’s Wholesale – Southeast Region Web site. Since each location is different and could be affected by an assortment of potential problems, a detailed recovery plan is impractical. However, in the process of reviewing recovery activities for specific locations, some basic procedures emerge that appear to be common in most cases. 38.7.3 These general procedures should apply to any disaster that affects the delivery of traffic for an extended time period. Each CLEC will be given the same consideration during an outage, and service will be restored as quickly as possible. AT&T TENNESSEE reserves the right to make changes to these procedures as improvements become available or as business conditions dictate. 38.7.4 This plan will cover the basic recovery procedures that would apply to every CLEC.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Content and Services Neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network is the provider of any financial services available through or related to the Software, and neither Licensor nor the provider of the wireless network or any contractor of the provider of the financial services available through or related to the Software, is responsible for any of the materials, information, products or services made available to you via the Software.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
