Fire Department Charges. We will reimburse you for fire department charges incurred for attending “premises” insured under this Policy to save or protect insured property from loss or damage, or further loss or damage insured against by this Policy.
Fire Department Charges. We will pay up to $500 for service charges made by fire departments called to protect your property from a loss we cover at the residence premises. No deductible applies to this protection.

Fire Department Charges. If you have a legal liability to, or an agreement with, a fire department outside the municipality where your dwelling is located, we will reimburse you for up to $2,000, without deductible, if that fire department charges for having been called to save or protect property from a “Peril You Are Insured Against”. We will pay up to $500, without deductible, to replace the locks of your residence premises if your keys are stolen. We will pay up to $500, without deductible, to any individual or organization, other than police while in the line of duty, for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons who commit any illegal act resulting in covered loss or damage to the property insured. You may apply up to $500 of your Personal Property insurance to pay for damage to your dwelling directly caused by theft or attempted theft, by vandalism or malicious acts. Trees, plants, shrubs, and lawns for an amount not exceeding 5% of the limit of the insurance applicable to Personal Property. The limit for any one tree, plant or shrub is $500, including debris removal. However, these items are insured only against loss or damage caused by fire, lightning, explosion, theft or attempted thereat, vandalism, malicious acts, civil disturbances, riot, impact by vehicles, watercraft or aircraft. We do not cover any property grown for commercial purposes. The limits of insurance applicable to Section One shown on the Declarations page will be automatically increased (if applicable) by amounts which are solely attributable to the inflation increase since the most recent of:

Fire Department Charges. “We” will reimburse “you” for up to $5,000 per occurrence if “you” are legally obligated to pay “your” municipal fire department resulting from charges incurred for attending “your” “premises” to save or protect insured property from loss or damage, or further loss or damage, due to an insured peril. Any loss or damage shall not reduce the amounts of insurance provided by this policy. If “you” qualify for a tax credit, the loss payment will be reduced by that amount. If one occurrence could lead to the application of more than one deductible, only the largest deductible will apply.
