The Wellness Steering Committee shall select a Fire Department Physician to direct the medical and physical components of the Wellness Program, administer medical physicals, and keep a health database for all Fire Rescue employees. Once the Steering Committee has chosen a provider, there shall be a written agreement, between the County and the Provider, drafted and approved by the Committee that shall include, but not be limited to, the following provisions: 1.   • Health Examination The University will provide to each member of the bargaining unit a physical examination at the time of employment. Thereafter, an examination will be provided if required by the appropriate accrediting authority, by the University, or by Statute. Employees returning from medical or disability leave must present a note from the treating physician which indicates the date the employee was able to return to duty and certifying the employee's fitness to return to work full duty.
