Fire Safety Equipment. Intentional fire setting (Arson), tampering with, or misuse of fire safety equipment (including automatic door closures, smoke detectors, sprinkler heads, fire-alarm systems, fire-fighting equipment, or building security systems), including the covering or removal of smoke detectors, is illegal and prohibited.
Fire Safety Equipment. Tenant agrees to notify Housing Services when the Rental Property's smoke alarm is not in proper working order. Tenant may not disable smoke detectors or tamper with any fire safety equipment. Such disabling or tampering may result in Termination of this Agreement. Tenant shall not hang any item on the fire pipes or sprinklers, and Tenant shall be responsible for any damages resulting from such action.
Fire Safety Equipment. You will be required to pay for the cost of re-filling or replacing fire extinguishers or fire blankets and other fire prevention equipment if these items are deliberately misused or found to be missing.
Fire Safety Equipment. Licensee acknowledges the Premises are equipped with operable smoke detectors. Tampering with fire equipment, activating false alarms, creating a fire hazard, or reckless burning, including the use of firecrackers is cause for immediate termination of License Agreement.
Fire Safety Equipment. Tenant shall be responsible for keeping smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher operational and for changing batteries in smoke detector(s) when needed. Tenant agrees to check the smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher immediately upon taking possession of Premises, and shall notify Landlord immediately in writing should smoke detector(s) or fire extinguisher not be operational for any reason. Smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher should be checked weekly and the responsibility and expense of maintaining them belongs solely and completely to Tenant. Tenant may be charged for repairing or replacing smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher if Landlord determines that either has been destroyed or tampered with by Tenant or anyone related to, associated with, or affiliated in any way with Tenant. It is Xxxxxxxx’s desire that Premises have at all times a working smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher. In the event smoke detector(s) or fire extinguisher should fail Tenant shall notify Landlord immediately in writing and Landlord shall replace same within seven (7) business days after receipt of notice.
Fire Safety Equipment. 10.1 Subject to this clause 10 the Landlord shall be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, repairing, operating and replacing fire safety machinery and equipment in the Common Parts and the Central Gallery.
10.2 The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of the cost of cleaning, maintaining, repairing, operating and replacing fire safety machinery calculated in accordance with user to be determined by the Landlord acting reasonably.
10.3 The Tenant shall comply at all times with the requirements and recommendations of the Landlord and any fire safety firm engaged to assist the Landlord in maintaining fire safety in the Building.
10.4 Wherever the fire safety machinery or equipment is located in the Tenant’s Property the Tenant shall:
(a) permit the Landlord to access the Tenant’s Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of cleaning, maintaining, repairing, operating and replacing fire safety machinery and equipment
(b) take all necessary steps to prevent interference with or damage to the fire safety machinery and equipment by the users of the Tenant’s Property
(c) give the Landlord immediate notice of the occurrence of any damage to the fire safety machinery or equipment

Fire Safety Equipment. Students found to be tampering, damaging, or in any way using fire equipment or safety apparatus for other than its intended use may be evicted from the residence hall, fined and be subject to further action by College authorities.
Fire Safety Equipment. The Tenant must:
(a) provide and maintain at the Construction Area and keep readily available for use proper fire extinguishing appliances;
(b) allow all persons authorised by the Fire Control Authority to enter the Construction Area to inspect the fire extinguishing appliances provided the Tenant has been given reasonable notice of same; and
(c) keep all fire extinguishing appliances at the Construction Area in good and efficient working condition at all times.
