Fire Suppression Services. County shall maintain fire suppression services and provide these services to Town residents using fire engines, aerial devices as needed, hazardous material response units as needed, and other fire suppression units as needed.

Fire Suppression Services. 1. (a) The Township undertakes and agrees to provide Fire Suppression Services as hereinafter defined by means of its volunteer fire department to the best of its ability to the buildings and structures identified in Appendix “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement, on a year-round basis with respect to the locations numbered (i) and (ii) in Appendix “A” and from April 1 - November 30 in each year (provided the access road is passable and weather-dependent) with respect to the locations numbered (iii) - (vii) in Appendix “A” hereto.
Fire Suppression Services. EMFD shall provide East Montpelier and Calais fire suppression services in accordance with required and customary standards and practices applicable to fire suppression service providers and in accordance with the procedures and protocols set forth in Appendix B. EMFD shall, at all times, maintain in effect the licenses and certifications required of volunteer fire suppression service providers.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
