First Aid Training. a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first- aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay. b) The Employer undertakes that as a minimum, all first-aid kits shall have the same contents as provided for in the Treasury Board Standard, First Aid (PMM Volume 12, TBSTD 3-5), as amended from time to time.
