Common use of Five Clause in Contracts

Five. weeks accrual - Employees shall accrue five weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 520 full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment, up to a maximum balance of ten weeks.

Five. (5) weeks accrual - Employees shall accrue five weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 520 full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment, up to a maximum balance of ten (10) weeks. Effective December 29, 2019, provisions of subsection 10.A.1. and 10.A.2. shall no longer apply.
