Common use of Fixed Term Employment Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 A fixed term employee may be engaged to work on either a full-time or part- time basis: (a) for the completion of a specified task(s) or project; or, 7.4.1 (b) to relieve in a vacant position arising from an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreement; or, 7.4.1 (c) for the temporary provision of specialist skills that are not available to the employer for a specified period of time; or

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 12.4.1 A fixed term employee may be engaged to work on either a full-time or part- part-time basis: (a) for the completion of a specified task(s) or project; or, 7.4.1 12.4.1 (b) to relieve in a vacant position arising from an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreement; or, 7.4.1 (c) for the temporary provision of specialist skills that are not available to the employer for a specified period of time; or. 12.4.2 This Agreement shall apply to a fixed term employee except to the extent that the Agreement expressly provides that it does not apply. 12.4.3 When offering employment on a fixed term basis, the employer shall advise the employee in writing of the temporary nature of the employment, the actual or expected duration of employment, and that employment beyond the period is not expected.

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 A fixed term (a) An employee may be engaged to work on either a full-time or part- part-time basis:basis for a specific period of time or for specific task/s (a fixed-term employee). (a) for the completion of a specified task(s) or project; or, 7.4.1 (b) A fixed term employee is entitled to relieve in all the benefits of this Agreement, other than redundancy, on a vacant position arising from an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreement; or,pro-rata basis. 7.4.1 (c) for the temporary provision Service under a contract of specialist skills that are not available to the employer employment for a specified fixed-term shall form part of an employee’s period of time; orcontinuous service, where such employee is engaged as a full- time or part-time employee immediately following such fixed-term period.

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 19.1 A fixed term employee may be engaged to work on either a full-time or part- part-time basis: (a) for the completion of a specified task(s) or project; or, 7.4.1 (b) to relieve in a vacant position arising from form an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreementapproved leave; or, 7.4.1 19.1 (c) for the temporary provision of specialist specialised skills that are not available to within the employer organisation for a specified period of time; or

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 A fixed term 5.6.1 An employee may be engaged to work on either a full-temporary basis for a fixed or maximum period of time or part- time basis: (a) for a specific project with no guarantee of on-going employment beyond the completion term specified in the contract of a specified task(s) or project; or, 7.4.1 (b) to relieve in a vacant position arising from an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreement; or, 7.4.1 (c) for the temporary provision of specialist skills that are not available employment. The above fixed term employment is subject to the employer for a specified period provisions of time; orthe Fair Work Act.

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 A fixed term employee may be 13.5.1 An Employee who is engaged to work on either a full-time or part- part-time basisbasis to: (a) for the completion of Undertake a specified task(s) or project; or,project for which funding has been made available; 7.4.1 (b) to relieve in Undertake a vacant position arising from an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreementspecified task which has a limited period of operation; or, 7.4.1 (c) Replace an Employee who is on leave, performing other duties temporarily or whose employment has terminated after the commencement of the school year. Provided that where the replacement arrangement extends beyond 12 months, the fixed term employment may be extended for the temporary provision of specialist skills that are not available up to the employer for a specified period of time; orfurther 12 months

Fixed Term Employment. 7.4.1 A fixed term employee may be engaged to work on either a full-time or part- time basisEmployee: (a) is engaged for the completion of a specified task(s) fixed term, on either a part-time or project; or,full-time basis; 7.4.1 (b) may be employed to relieve in meet the genuine operational requirements of the Employer, including: (i) the temporary replacement of Employees (ii) peak business periods (iii) trial of a vacant position arising from an employee taking leave in accordance with the Agreement; or,new position 7.4.1 (civ) for the temporary provision of specialist skills that are skills. (c) is not available entitled to the employer for a specified period of time; orredundancy.
