Fixed Term Subscriptions. (a) Products sold under fixed term Subscriptions are sold for a term as specified in the Statement of Work. The Statement of Work shall specify if such Subscriptions are to be billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. 9.1.1 Upon request from the VAR, Distributor can provide an offer for a fixed term subscription specific to an individual customer of the VAR. For customers where it has been agreed a fixed term subscription period the following applies;
Fixed Term Subscriptions. If available, for Fixed-Term Subscriptions, You may choose to be billed and pay on a monthly or annual basis. If billed monthly, You will be billed based on the applicable monthly Fees associated to Your Subscription Plan. If billed annually, You will be billed in advance and in full at Your next scheduled monthly invoice.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. Fixed Term Subscriptions are sold for a term of 12 months commencing on the date of the first invoice issued to the Customer for the relevant Fixed Term Subscription. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement or terminated as provided in this clause 7 each Fixed Term Subscription shall continue for a period of 12 calendar months (“Fixed Term”). Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing or terminated as provided in this clause 7, Fixed Term Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the relevant Fixed Term for a period of 12 months (“Renewal Term”). Either party may give written notice to the other party, not less than ninety (90) days before the expiry of the Fixed Term or the relevant Renewal Term, to terminate this Agreement at the end of the Fixed Term or the relevant Renewal Term, as the case may be. Pricing for a Renewal Term will be bluesource’s pricing in effect as of the commencement of the Renewal Term.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. If the Customer has opted for a fixed Subscription Term, the Customer may terminate the Agreement for convenience within the first 30 days of the Subscription Term. If the Customer terminates the Agreement within the first 30 days, only the Fees for the first month shall be due. If the Customer terminates for convenience after the initial 30 day period of the Subscription Term has elapsed, all remaining Fees under the Procurement Documentation shall become due. Zia Inc. shall not reimburse any sums paid by the Customer prior to the termination.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. The Subscription Initial Term for a Fixed-Term Subscription is twelve (12) months or any other specific term agreed to in writing between the Parties, beginning on the date the Subscription is provisioned and expiring a the end of the Billing Cycle. By default, each Subscription Renewal Term for a Fixed-Term Subscription is defined as twelve (12) months, except as otherwise provided in a Service Schedule. To prevent the automatic renewal of a Fixed-Term Subscription, You shall notify Sherweb of Your intent not to renew the Subscription at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Subscription Term.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. For Fixed-Term Subscriptions, Sherweb (i) will not provide a refund in connection with Your cancelled Subscriptions, (ii) reserves the right to invoice You for any future scheduled xxxxxxxx for that Subscription; and (iii) reserves the right to invoice You all Fees previously waived, discounts, or rebates applied or granted for that Subscription. You hereby expressly renounce to the applications of Articles 2125 to 2129 of the Civil code of Quebec.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. For Fixed-Term Subscriptions, notwithstanding Section 6.6 above, You will receive a prorated credit for the unused prepaid portion of the cancelled Subscription in Your subsequent invoice, provided that such cancellation is not due to Your violation of the Agreement, and

A Subscription Renewal Term for a Fixed-Term Subscription is defined as twelve (12) months, except as otherwise provided in a Service Schedule.
Fixed Term Subscriptions. Paid fixed-term subscriptions start on the day the payment is received by the Company and last for the subscription period chosen by you or otherwise specified during the purchasing process. Once the subscription period expires, the Services shall no longer be accessible, unless you renew the subscription by paying the relevant fee. Fixed-term subscriptions may not be terminated prematurely and shall run out upon expiration of the subscription term.
