Fleas and Ticks. If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet during the grooming process, treatment to rid pet of fleas and/or ticks is mandatory and an additional charge will apply. This is not only to rid your pet of the unwanted pests, but to prevent them from transferring to other pets in the salon, as well as to avoid an infestation within in the salon. Fleas and Ticks. Owner warrants that dog(s) are on seasonal flea/tick preventative, April to November. Dogs that are observed by Metro Dogs to be carrying ticks or fleas will be treated with a veterinarian-approved product and the Owner will be charged for this treatment. A dog observed to be carrying ticks or fleas while at Metro Dogs will be isolated and Owner will be notified to pick up the dog.

Fleas and Ticks. If you suspect your pet has fleas or ticks, prompt and thorough action on your part will be needed. Flea infestations can lead to tapeworm and other health problems. If fleas are found during the grooming process on your pet, The Lodge at New Tampa will give your pet an oral flea tablet called Guardian for an additional charge of $7.00. The Guardian tablet will kill the fleas on your pet as well as keeping our facility flea free. Ticks found will be removed and an additional charge may be applied. Please remember that parasites are a health hazard to your pet as well as to humans. We will alert you to the presence of fleas and ticks as they can quickly invade your home, making eradication difficult. Aggressive or Dangerous Dogs or Cats: Owners must inform The Lodge at New Tampa if your pet bites, has bitten, is aggressive to people and other pets, or does not like certain grooming procedures. The Lodge at New Tampa reserves the right to refuse or stop services for your pet at any time before or during the grooming process, and charge an Aggressive Pet Fee in addition to the regular grooming charge. If your pet should bite, the owner agrees to be responsible for any and all related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income, and equipment damage. Please keep in mind that an animal bite can be a serious injury. We take all precautions to ensure the safety of your pet as well as the safety of our staff. Mat Removal: Pets with matted coats need extra attention during their grooming session. Xxxx left in a pet’s coat only grow tighter, and can strangle the pet’s skin and cause your pet a lot of discomfort. Mats can be very difficult to remove, and may require your pet to be shaved. When necessary, removing a heavily matted coat could include the risk of nicks, cuts, or abrasions due to folds of skin or small skin growths that become trapped in the matted fur. Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near the skin allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow, causing severe skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. Moist skin and matted fur can also attract maggots which can cause severe skin inflammation and infection. After effects of the mat removal process can include itchiness to the skin, skin redness, self inflicted skin irritations or abrasions, and failure of the hair to regrow. We make every effort to ensure your pet’s grooming is pleasant and safe, however, if your pet becomes ill or is hurt and the services of a veterinarian are required, you hereby give STYD permission to obtain treatment if you are not available to do so and in addition, you agree to pay such expenses.

  • ABSTRACT AND TITLE Sellers, at their expense, shall promptly obtain an abstract of title to the Real Estate continued through the date of this contract and deliver it to Buyers for examination. It shall show merchantable title in Sellers in conformity with this contract, Iowa law and the Title Standards of the Iowa State Bar Association. The abstract shall become the property of the Buyers when the purchase price is paid in full, however, Buyers reserve the right to occasionally use the abstract prior to full payment of the purchase price.   • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • DELIVERY AND TITLE 3.1 The delivery dates and addresses are those in the Order. Time shall be of the essence in respect of the Supplier/Service Provider’s obligations under the Order.
