Flexible Schedules. 1. The use of a flexible day, thirty-seven and one-half (37-1/2) hour workweek is permitted. Unless the use of a flexible workweek is caused by the closing of a building, it shall be by mutual agreement between the affected employee(s) and the appropriate administrator.
