Common use of FMLA Clause in Contracts

The Guild and the City agree that Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave eligibility will be calculated using a twelve (12) month rolling year that will commence with the first day the employee uses such leave. At the conclusion of the twelve (12) month period, a new year will reset upon the next date of benefit usage.
