Food Service Compensation. 1. 2018-19 = 1 Step plus 20 cent increase to the salary schedule payable by November 2, 2018. Step 1 of $10.37 would be eliminated making step 2 the new step 1. Head xxxx rates will be split between secondary and elementary. Secondary head cooks will be at $15.00 and elementary head cooks will be at $14.80. 2019-20 = 1 Step plus 20 cent increase to the salary schedule or the Formula whichever is higher. Food Service Compensation. 1. When a Food Service Employee is assigned to work in a higher sub classification for more than three (3) hours, the Employee shall receive the rate of pay for the higher classification. When the Employee works in a lower classification, the Employee shall receive his/her regular rate of pay.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
