Footwear. Footwear provided by the Employer shall be appropriate to the work and shall be clean, properly fitted, braced and rubberized. Any dancer who is directed to and reports with their own footwear shall be paid an allowance of $10.00 per day for each pair of shoes utilized in the performance.
