Footwear. All employees shall be either be provided with footwear or given a voucher to allow them to purchase suitable footwear from designated footwear providers and footwear ranges. Orthotic adjustments will be funded by the employer. Footwear so purchased shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.
