For Employees other than those at the Atlas. Tube Centre: The Employer shall provide annually to each employee an allowance of $700 payable upon the provision of purchase receipts, to be used for the purpose of the following items of work clothing: • Safety footwear permitted in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario (OHSA) • Coveralls • Pants • Coats • Thermal wear • Socks • Prescription Safety Glasses • Logoed shirts – as preapproved by the Employer at a specified location. b) The employee shall report to work each day dressed in the clothing provided in this allowance.
