Common use of For Full-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

For Full-Time Employees. a. Holidays not worked by full-time employees shall be compensated at straight time. b. In the event that any employee, by virtue of having worked a holiday, as defined in this section, should work longer than the normal work week as set forth in Section 6.B. of this Memorandum, said employee shall be compensated as provided in Section 7.B. and 7.C. hereof.
