Freedom of Use. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement (but expressly excluding the limitations and restrictions set forth in Section 8.3 hereof), either party shall be free to use for any purposes the Residuals resulting from access to or work with Confidential Information. However, the foregoing does not give either party the right to disclose the financial, statistical, or personnel information or the business plans of the other party, and the foregoing shall not be deemed to grant to either party a license under the other party's copyrights or patents. Neither party shall have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment or reassignment of personnel.

Freedom of Use. Motorola understands that a Licensee may provide certain services to other Licensees that are agencies of state or federal government and other tax-supported entities. Motorola further understands that Licensees that are agencies of state government and other tax-supported entities may provide services to the public. Software delivered hereunder may be used in the delivery of these services. Motorola acknowledges and agrees that such use of Software is acceptable under the licensing agreements contained herein. Section 4 LIMITATIONS ON USE 4.1. Other than as permitted in Section 3.4, Freedom of Use, Licensee may use the Software only for Licensee's internal business purposes and only in accordance with the Documentation. Any other use of the Software is strictly prohibited. Without limiting the general nature of these restrictions, Licensee will not make the Software available for use by third parties on a "time sharing," "application service provider," or "service bureau" basis or for any other similar commercial rental or sharing arrangement except as provided in Section 3.4. 4.2. Other than as permitted under Section 3.4, Freedom of Use, of this Agreement, Licensee will not, and will not allow or enable any third party to: (i) reverse engineer, disassemble, peel components, decompile, reprogram or otherwise reduce the Software or any portion to a human perceptible form or otherwise attempt to recreate the source code; (ii) modify, adapt, create derivative works of, or merge the Software; (iii) copy, reproduce, distribute, lend, or lease the Software or Documentation to any third party, grant any sublicense or other rights in the Software or Documentation to any third party, or take any action that would cause the Software or Documentation to be placed in the public domain; (iv) remove, or in any way alter or obscure, any copyright notice or other notice of Motorola's proprietary rights; or (v) provide, copy, transmit, disclose, divulge or make the Software or Documentation available to, or permit the use of the Software by any third party or on any machine except as expressly authorized by this Agreement. Licensee may make one copy of Software to be used solely for archival, back-up, or disaster recovery purposes; provided that Licensee may not operate that copy of the Software at the same time as the original Software is being operated. Vendor further understands that WSP or other users that are agencies of state government and other tax-supported entities may provide services to the public through Internet applications. Software delivered hereunder may be used in the delivery of these services. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that such use of Software products is acceptable under the licensing agreements contained herein, however, any access to this information using the Software toolset is limited to those seats licensed under this Contract. WSP may move Software from one device to another provided such Software is completely removed from the first device after a reasonable testing period on the new device.

Freedom of Use. Each conjoining property owner shall have the right to the full use of the common facilities for whatever reasonable purposes he chooses to employ, subject to limitation that such use shall not infringe upon the rights of the other conjoining property owner or otherwise, in any manner, impair the value of the common facilities or either of the conjoining properties.

Freedom of Use. Subject to the provisions of Section 4, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or limit either party’s use of information (including, but not limited to, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, and methodologies) (i) previously known to Recipient, prior to its receipt from Disclosing Party, (ii) independently developed by Recipient without use of the Confidential Information, (iii) acquired by it from a third party which was not, to the Recipient’s knowledge, under an obligation to the Disclosing Party not to disclose such information, or (iv) which is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement by the Recipient.
Freedom of Use. Contractor understands that Purchaser may provide information processing services to other users that are governmental entities and other tax supported entities. Contractor further understands that Purchaser may provide services to the public through web-based applications. Software delivered hereunder may be used in the delivery of these services. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that such use of Software products is acceptable under the use restrictions and licensing terms as set forth in the licensing agreements contained herein; provided however, that Purchaser remains liable for any breach of the Software license under such use.
