Time Sharing. Time-Sharing is defined as two nurses who share the time worked by one Full-Time position and one Part-Time position. The nurses in such an arrangement shall be referred to as time-sharers or time-sharing partners. Any time-sharing arrangements shall be implemented as follows:
20.1 The schedules shall conform with the scheduling provisions for Full-Time nurses.
20.2 The division of hours over the schedule for each time-sharer shall be determined by mutual agreement between the two (2) partners and the Assistant Administrator, Resident Services.
20.3 The time-sharers involved will have the right to determine which partner works on a scheduled paid holiday and time-sharers shall only be required to work the number of paid holidays that a Full-Time nurse would be required to work.
20.4 Each time-sharer may exchange shifts with her partner, as well as with other nurses as provided by the Collective Agreement.
20.5 Should one of the nurses in a Time-Sharing arrangement be absent due to illness or leave of absence, her/his partner will be offered the absent days first. Should the partner be unable to work, then the Home will replace the absent days in accordance with the Letter of Understanding on call-in for part-time nurses.
20.6 Time-sharers are not required to cover for their partner for vacation. Where the time-sharers agree to cover one another for vacation, they will not be part of the vacation quota. Where the time-sharers do not agree to cover for one another, they will be part of the vacation quota.
Time Sharing. The Company agrees to allow the Executive to use the Aircraft for personal travel from time to time on an “as needed and as available” time sharing basis in accordance with Company policy and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Time Sharing. It is expressly agreed that in the scheduling and programming of the facilities the School shall have the exclusive use of the facilities during the school hours, until 5:15 PM, while school is in session. The City will be responsible for scheduling the programming the pool from 5:15 PM until 12:00 midnight on weekdays, all day on weekends, holidays and during vacation periods. During evening hours and vacation periods the School shall have the right to occasional use of the facilities on a schedule agreed to by both parties. Interscholastic swimming competition events shall preempt scheduled City recreation programs. The Superintendent of Schools or designee shall give a two-week notice to the City Manager or designee for any interscholastic swimming events that were not anticipated or planned at the time of said schedule. However, reasonable efforts to schedule events in advance will be made in order to allow for efficient operations on the part of the City. The pool will be made available exclusively to the City for its noon daytime lap swimming program for one hour a minimum of 1.5 hours each day, Monday through Friday, from approximately 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM for a time and duration as agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Time Sharing. Time sharing is considered in [15] in the secrecy rate region of the Gaussian interference channel (without public channel) where the transmission period is divided into two non-overlapping slots with time fractions ρ1 0 and ρ2 0, where ρ1 + ρ2 = 1. In slot 1 with time fraction ρ1, BS1 sends its confidential message where BS2 is silent. In slot 2 with time fraction ρ2, BS2 sends its confidential message while BS1 remains silent. Hence, in each slot, the channel reduces to a simple Gaussian wiretap channel [15]. We change the time sharing scheme in [15] in such a way that in time fraction ρ1, BS2 sends a signal as well which is not intended as a confidential message but it can be used in the backward phase using the public channel. In slot 2 with time fraction ρ2, the symmetric actions are done. Therefore, in slot 1, we set: V1f = X1 = N (0, β1P1), V2f = φ, X2 = N (0, β2P2), and in slot 2, V2f = X2 = N (0, β2P2), V1f = φ, X1 = N (0, β1P1), where 0 β1 1, 0 β2 1 are power-control parameters. Then in the backward phase, we set V1b = Y1, V2b = Y2. By substituting the auxiliary random variables in Theorem 1 as described, the corollary below is resulted.
Time Sharing. Time-Sharing is defined as two nurses who share the time normally worked by one Full-Time position and one Part-Time position. The nurses in such an arrangement shall be referred to as time-sharers or time-sharing partners. Any time-sharing arrangements after approval by the Director of Resident Care and ONA shall be implemented as follows:
Time Sharing. Use of any Unit for operation of a timesharing, fraction- sharing, or similar program whereby the right to exclusive use of the Unit rotates among participants in the program on a fixed or floating time schedule over a period of years, except that Declarant and its assigns may operate such a program.
Time Sharing. For non-convex problems, the solution to the dual problem serves as the upper bound of the primal problem. The difference between the true optimum and this solution is regarded as the duality gap. Given the integer constraints in this problem, there will be a non-zero duality gap. However, assuming time sharing property, as N × C → ∞, the duality gap will be asymptotically zero [89]. In our case, the time sharing condition is readily satisfied as channel fading and the noise power are assumed constant for the duration of each TTI for which the above-presented optimisation problem is solved [89].

Time Sharing. 12.12.1 Teachers may share an assignment at the 6-7-8 grade levels if the proposed assignment is compatible with scheduling requirements and ensures consistency of the instructional program.
12.12.2 All unit members grades preschool-5, may share time equally, utilizing one (1) of the following plans:
12.12.2.1 One (1) semester each teacher
12.12.2.2 Two and one half (2 ½) days each week each teacher
12.12.2.3 Sharing each day (½ day each teacher)
12.12.2.4 Alternating days of the week, e.g. Monday-Wednesday-Friday one (1) week and Tuesday-Thursday the following week
12.12.2.5 And other configured programs approved by the Superintendent, or designee
12.12.3 Time sharing plans for certificated staff other than classroom teachers must be individually tailored to the needs of the position and approved in accordance with the provisions of this program.
