Client services are focused on Recovery and harm reduction to encourage the highest 34 level of Client empowerment and independence achievable. PSC’s will meet with the Client in their 35 current community setting and will develop a supportive relationship with the individual served. 36 Substance abuse treatment will be integrated into services and provided by the Client’s team to individuals 37 with a co-occurring disorder. 1 c. The FSP shall offer “whatever it takes” to engage seriously mentally ill adults, including 2 those who are dually diagnosed, in a partnership to achieve the individual’s wellness and Recovery goals.
