FSP a. FSP means Full Service Partnership and refers to a type of program described by the State in the requirements for the COUNTY plan for use of MHSA funds and which includes Consumers being a full partner in the development and implementation of their treatment plan. Multi-disciplinary teams will be established including the Consumer, Psychiatrist, and PSC. Whenever possible, these multi-disciplinary teams will include a mental health nurse, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, peer specialist, and family members. The ideal Consumer to staff ratio will be in the range of fifteen to twenty (15 – 20) to one (1), ensuring relationship building and intense service delivery. FSP. The CONTRACTOR will authorize the FSP benefit for qualified SMI clients upon consultation and approval from the Mendocino County BHRS Director or designee.
