Effective August 7, 2011, a wage increase of fifty ($0.50) cents shall apply to all employees at the end rate of pay who are on the payroll as of the date of ratification and shall be added to the end rate of pay. Effective August 5, 2012, all active full time employees who are at the end rate shall receive a lump sum payment of $1000. Effective August 4, 2013, a wage increase of seventy-five ($0.75) cents shall apply to all employees at the end rate of pay who are on the payroll as of the date of ratification and shall be added to the end rate of pay. Effective August 3, 2014, all active full time employees who are at the end rate of pay shall receive a lump sum payment of $1000. Effective August 1, 2015, a wage increase of fifty ($0.50) cents shall apply to all employees at the end rate of pay who are on the payroll as of the date of ratification and shall be added to the end rate of pay. Effective August 7, 2016, all active full time employees who are at the end rate of pay shall receive a lump sum payment of $500.

Effective October 26, 2008 all active full time employees who are at the end rate of pay shall receive a $1000 lump sum payment. Effective October 31, 2009 all active full time employees who are at the end rate of pay shall receive a lump sum payment of $1000. Effective October 31, 2010 all active full time employees who are at the end rate of pay shall receive a lump sum payment of $1000. Effective October 30, 2011 all active full time employees who are at the end rate of pay shall receive a lump sum payment of $1000. Active full time employees hired prior to the date of ratification who are not at the end rate of pay will receive a lump sum payment of $750 on the above mentioned dates. It is understood that in lieu of the $750 payment due on October 28, 2007, these employees shall be entitled to a $3,050 payment on that date. Full time employees will have an option of transferring their lump sum payment into the Company sponsored RRSP program provided they are eligible to do so in accordance with CCRA rules.

  • Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.

  • APPLIES TO FULL-TIME ONLY The scheduling of all off duty days including annual vacation as provided in this Agreement shall be conditional upon the availability of qualified staff to provide efficient and proper care of patients at all times, as required by the Employer.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program:

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Full-Time Union Leave Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Company will grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union position. It is understood that not more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Seniority and service shall accumulate during the full term of such leave.
