Hourly Wage Rates. The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.
Hourly Wage Rates. The basic hourly wage rates and job classifications shall be as set forth in Schedules “A” to “A-25”, and Schedule “B” to this Agreement and they shall continue for the life of this Agreement except as in this section otherwise provided. Wage Re-opener The parties agree that if, during the term of this agreement, the Consumer Price Index (Toronto all items) (CPI-T) shall increase by 6.25%, or more, above the level of the CPI-T as of June, 1992, the Union may notify the T.T.C. of its desire to renegotiate the wage rates in effect in the second year of this agreement. The date from and after which the Notice to Renegotiate may be delivered, shall be the 25th day of the month next following the month in which the CPI-T increased by 6.25%, or more, above the June, 1992, CPI-T, and the parties shall meet and commence bargaining in good faith within ten (10) days next following delivery of Notice to Renegotiate. If no agreement is reached within twenty (20) days next following the date upon which the Notice to Renegotiate is delivered (the triggering date), this Collective Agreement shall, notwithstanding the expiration date herein provided, terminate on the earlier of the expiration of thirty (30) days next following the triggering date, or June 30, 1992. At any time after the triggering date either party may apply to the Minister of Labour, pursuant to the Labour Relations Act, for the appointment of a Conciliation Officer, and the other party shall not oppose such Application, and the Notice to Renegotiate shall be deemed to be Notice to Bargain to renew the Collective Agreement given pursuant to Section 53 of such Act.
