Functionalities. This website contains the basic functionalities for users seeking information about irradiation facilities and for coordinators that want to promote their facilities and their capabilities to the HEP community. These functionalities are: • Display of the CERN and worldwide facilities (Fig. 4 left-hand side); • Search by country, source or radiation field; • Irradiation facilities worldwide map; • Update of irradiation facilities information (only by the facility coordinators); • Creation of a new irradiation facility entry (only by the facility coordinator); • Auto-maintenance, regular reminders sent to the facility coordinators in order to keep the information up to date. This website and its content is visible to anybody. However, a user in order to add or update an irradiation facility entry has to log in through the CERN Authentication System (SSO).
Functionalities. The Platform provided hereunder includes all functionality inherent to the BondDesk Platform as currently deployed at the desktop level to execute retail, secondary, and fixed income transactions, excluding external primary market functionality and MPA Analytics. Correspondent may access the ATS and the Platform as an ATS Distributor. “ATS” means BondDesk’s Alternative Trading System, which is the anonymous bid/offer system on the Platform; “ATS Distributor” means a person or entity who participates on the Platform (i) by buying and/or selling fixed income products on the ATS from or to ATS Contributors, and/or (ii) by posting bid/offer requests on the ATS for ATS Contributors; and “ATS Contributor” means a person or entity who participates on the Platform (i) by posting bids and/or offers for fixed income products on the ATS, or (ii) by responding to bid/offer requests posted on the ATS. Any bid or offer of bonds on a Firm Basis received by BondDesk Trading through the Platform that is accompanied by a valid user identification and a valid access code assigned to Correspondent shall be deemed a binding bid or offer by Correspondent, and Correspondent shall be bound by any transaction matched by the ATS as a result thereof. Any bid (or offer) of bonds on a Subject to Basis shall be deemed a solicitation for an offer (or bid), and Correspondent may accept, counter, or reject such offer (or bid) at its discretion.

Alarms on status change of hardwired DI shall also be provided. 16.4.4 The SCADA system shall provide configurable alerts on any parameter crossing settable thresholds. The list of such parameters shall be finalised in consultation with the Owner. 16.4.5 The SCADA system shall enable integration with other sub-systems at the plant for supporting O&M activities. The list shall include but not limited to: (i) Surveillance Cameras, (ii) Module Cleaning System – For monitoring of water usage and efficacy of cleaning process. 16.4.6 The SCADA system shall have user-friendly browser-based User Interface for secure access from anywhere, for minimum ten concurrent connections from the Operator PC or other securely connected laptop/mobile, for plant monitoring, O&M, daily reporting, and analysis. A dashboard providing summary details of total plant generation, day’s export, irradiance, Inverter Control Room level generation and performance indicators like PR and CUF.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Capabilities A. The Parties agree that the DRE must possess the legal, technical, and financial capacity to: (1) Accept and expend non-federal funds consistent with Section 4.2.4; (2) Accept transfer of the FERC license and title for the Facilities from PacifiCorp; (3) Seek and obtain necessary permits and other authorizations to implement Facilities Removal; (4) Enter into appropriate contracts and grant agreements for effectuating Facilities Removal; (5) Perform, directly or by oversight, Facilities Removal; (6) Prevent, mitigate, and respond to damages the DRE or any of its contractors, subcontractors, or assigns cause during the course of Facilities Removal, and, consistent with Applicable Law, respond to and defend associated liability claims against the DRE or any of its contractors, subcontractors, or assigns, including costs thereof and any judgments or awards resulting therefrom; (7) Carry the required insurance and bonding set forth in Appendix L to respond to liability and damages claims associated with Facilities Removal against the DRE or any of its contractors, subcontractors, or assigns; (8) Meet the deadlines set forth in Exhibit 4; and (9) Perform such other tasks as are reasonable and necessary for Facilities Removal. B. Before the DRE and PacifiCorp file the joint application to transfer the license for the Facilities, the DRE will Timely demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the States and PacifiCorp that it possesses the legal, technical, and financial capacity to accomplish the tasks in Sections 7.1.2.A(1) through (5), (8), and (9). PacifiCorp and the States will consult if the DRE fails to make the demonstration required in this subsection. C. Within six months of the DRE’s execution of the Settlement, the DRE will include in an informational filing in the FERC license transfer proceeding proof that it possesses the legal, technical, and financial capacity to accomplish the tasks in Sections 7.1.2.A(6) and (7). This filing will include documentation that the DRE meets the requirements of Parts II, III, and IV of Appendix L and is capable of fulfilling its obligations under Section 7.1.3. The DRE will not provide the filing if either of the States or PacifiCorp objects to the filing after a reasonable opportunity to review before submission to FERC. The six-month deadline may be changed by agreement of the DRE, the States, and PacifiCorp. The Parties will Meet and Confer if the DRE fails to provide the informational filing to FERC.

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.
