In the event that the Optimizable Product Type requested by the traveler qualifies for multiple Offers, APO selects which Offer is presented to the shopper based upon the percentage of transactions Customer has selected be presented with Offers and the criteria and specific weighting of the criteria configured by Customer. APO provides a mechanism for Customer to: · configure Offers and APO system parameters (including, but not limited to specificity weighting) using either the GUI or command line interface; · activate and/or deactivate Offers; · monitor Experiment and/or Optimization results via standard reports: o Best Experiment Price Treatment - shows experimental price generating the highest revenue per look as compared to the control price, where revenue per look means how many people shown experiment price at that pricing tier vs how many people purchase at that pricing tier x purchase price) o Experiment and Dynamic Pricing Impact – shows performance of dynamic pricing models via comparison of control pricing revenue vs Experiment and Optimization pricing revenue; and · monitor Shopping Data in a data warehouse, based upon the Optimizable Product Types purchased and at what price. Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).
Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

Year 2000 Compatibility Borrower shall take all action necessary to assure that Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of Bank, Borrower shall provide Bank assurance acceptable to Bank of Borrower's Year 2000 compatibility.
Dependencies Without prejudice to Section 6(B), the Service Provider will not be liable to the Client or any other Person for any failure to provide any Service in the following circumstances: (i) if any Dependency set forth in Schedule 3 is not met through no fault of the Service Provider; (ii) if the failure is at the written request or with the written consent of an Authorized Person; (iii) if any Law to which the Service Provider is subject prohibits or limits the performance of the Services; and/or (iv) if the failure results from a Force Majeure Event.
Service Description The Transfer Agent updates the System daily to reflect each day's business activity. The Fund relies upon the timely update of information in order to respond to investor's inquiries. The Transfer Agent will provide Dreyfus with a System report indicating the time of day that files were updated and available for Dreyfus. The timeliness of availability of these screens with updated information will determine the Transfer Agent's level of performance.
SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.
Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
