GANGWAYS. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure that gangways in front of the allocated stand are kept free from obstruction during the whole of the time the building is open for the purpose of the Exhibition.

GANGWAYS. Contractor shall provide a safe and convenient means for boarding the vessel at all times. Gangways without completely enclosed sides shall have a safety net installed not more than six (6) feet below and not less than four (4) feet from each side of the full length of the gangway. A minimum of two (2) gangways shall be provided throughout the duration of the overhaul, one (1) forward and one (1) aft. Gangways shall have a nonskid coating on the walking surface and landings and have rollers where sitting on the vessel.
GANGWAYS. The Exhibitor shall not encroach on the gangways in front of their stand and shall ensure that they are kept free from obstruction during the whole time the building is open for the purpose of the Exhibition.
GANGWAYS. The Vessel must furnish its own gangway, unless the Terminal agreed in advance to furnish the gangway. If the Terminal furnishes the gangway, a fee may be charged to the Vessel. Any operational delays resulting from the Vessel not providing a safe gangway will not count as laytime, or time on demurrage.
GANGWAYS. The gangway shall be as per the provisions of the AIS 052 Bus Code and would meet the statutory requirements. Minimum interior head room at the center line of gangway shall be 1900 mm min. including that in the rear overhang area.
GANGWAYS. Two (2) safe and convenient gangways must be provided at all times. Both gangways shall be located on the same side of the vessel. One gangway must be sufficient in length (or height, if vertical stair tower is used) to reach the poop deck (forward of the house structure). The other gangway shall be located on the upper deck, location to be determined by crew member. Both gangways should have sides which are enclosed with wire mesh or canvas to a height of 42 inches above the walkway. Size of mesh shall be to provide adequate protection. If approved by the Contracting Officer Representative, a gangway without completely closed sides may be used. In this case the gangway must have metal handrails to a height of 42 inches above the walkway and be complete with a safety net installed not more than 6 feet below and not less than 4 feet on each side for the entire length of the gangway. All gangways shall be installed within two (2) hours of the time the vessel is moored or drydocked (dry), including all appropriate safety features.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.
