GENERAL CONDITONS. The Housing Contract is between you (or your parent/guardian if you are under the age of 18 years of age) and the Foundation. The relationship between you and the Foundation or you and the University is not and should not be construed to constitute a landlord/tenant relationship. The University and the Foundation are committed to their respective policies of nondiscrimination. The University and the Foundation both provide room and board accommodations without regard to race, religion, creed, sexual orientation/affection, gender identity, sex, age, national origin, disability, and veteran status. Both the University and the Foundation will comply with their respective obligations under the Americans with Disability Act. If you have a disability and require special accommodations, please contact the Center for Residence Life Services about your needs. The University does not discriminate in the provision of housing to students with disabilities, and the University will provide comparable, convenient, and accessible housing to students with disabilities at the same cost as to others.
GENERAL CONDITONS. (1) In the event at any time it becomes necessary for the Employer to create a Classification or a new Classified Job, the rate will be established by prior consultation and agreement between the parties.
GENERAL CONDITONS. A. Leave of Absence with Pay 148 Leaves of absence with pay shall be granted for purposes as described in Articles 29 through 37. 149 An employee shall accrue sick leave credits and vacation credits during a leave of absence with pay, and University provided insurance benefits shall and employee optional benefits may continue for the duration of the leave. 150 All requests for leaves of absence shall be made with the employee’s immediate supervisor.
GENERAL CONDITONS. 1. Amendments to terms and conditions Bryte may, at its discretion and on providing you with 31 days written notice to your Business’s nominated email address, make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as and when it deems necessary
GENERAL CONDITONS. 15.1 If the PURCHASER is acting as a trustee for a company or close corporation to be formed and such company or close corporation has not been incorporated and has not ratified this agreement in fourteen days (or any extension of the aforementioned period agreed upon in writing by the parties) then the signatory to this agreement shall be bound in his personal capacity as the PURCHASER under this agreement. Should the legal person however be incorporated and duly ratifies this agreement or if the signatory signs on behalf of a Company, Close Corporation or Trust, then the signatory to this agreement will by virtue of his signature to this agreement be bound as surety and co-principal debtor jointly and severally, in solidum together with the aforementioned company, close corporation or trust for the fulfilment of all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
GENERAL CONDITONS. All members must complete all the required forms before Membership commencement. All participants must abide by general terms and conditions and rules of the centre. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or cancel a membership without refund, or request any person to leave the premises if that person does not behave in a responsible manner, uses abusive language, is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or does not adhere to the general conditions of entry. Every effort will be made to adhere to the timetables but Belgravia Leisure reserves the right to change and alter classes as necessary.
