General Engineering. The maintenance of an organization staffed and equipped to perform for Client Company general engineering work, including system production and transmission studies, preparation and analysis of electrical apparatus specifications, distribution studies and standards, civil engineering and hydraulic studies and problems, fuel supply studies, advice and assistance in connection with analyses of operations and operating and construction budgets. The members of this group will keep informed as to improvements and developments in the art of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity through frequent contacts with the manufacturers of electrical equipment, through membership in the various national and regional engineering societies and through participation in the committee work of such societies and trade associations of the utility industry. Service Company will make available to Client Company the information thus gained with respect to such developments.

General Engineering. General engineering includes tasks that are not associated with a full project sequence as noted above. General engineering would include staff meeting attendance for coordination of typical city business, coordinating with MNDOT and Xxxxx County regarding any changes to the highway system within the City, safety programs, technology or specifications changes or other directives received from MNDOT or Xxxxx County. State law requires municipalities over 5,000 in population to have a designated registered professional engineer as City Engineer to be eligible for Municipal State Aid funds. We will serve in this role and represent the City at required meetings for administration of the Municipal State Aid system.   • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Procurement All goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

  • ANALYSIS AND MONITORING The Custodian shall (a) provide the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with the Eligible Securities Depositories set forth on Schedule B hereto in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(A) of Rule 17f-7, and (b) monitor such risks on a continuing basis, and promptly notify the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) of any material change in such risks, in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(B) of Rule 17f-7.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
