Standard Plans definition

Standard Plans are arrangements whereby Customers are charged on an hourly basis, or charged a specified dollar amount for a certain number of hours of "free" usage per month with monthly usage in excess of the free amount chargeable at a specified hourly rate, and CNC is compensated on a hours usage basis.
