General License Grant. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as set forth in Section 12.1 (Transfers; Assignment)) license to deploy the Software within the Territory and to use the Software and the Documentation during the term of the license, solely for your internal business operations, and subject to the provisions of the Product Guide. Unless otherwise set forth in the Order, licenses granted to you will be for use of object code only and will commence on Delivery.
General License Grant. Subject to and conditioned on End User’s compliance with the terms of the E- XXXX and the Quote, Licensor grants to End User a revocable (according to Section 4 (“Termination”) below), non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software and Documentation during the license term stated on the Quote for End User’s internal business operations. If the Quote does not state a license term, then licenses for Software are perpetual (subject to paragraph B (“Licensing Models”) and Section 4 (“Termination”) below).

Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, the Product Notice, and payment of all license fees, RSA grants to Customer a nonexclusive and nontransferable (except as otherwise permitted herein) license (with no right to sublicense) to use (i) Software for Customer’s internal business purposes; and (ii) the Documentation for the purpose of supporting Customer’s use of Software or Hardware. Licenses granted to Customer shall, unless otherwise indicated on the Product Notice or quote from RSA or Distributor be perpetual and commence on Delivery of the physical media or the date Customer is notified of electronic availability, as applicable. Documentation is licensed solely for purposes of supporting Customer’s use of Software or Hardware as permitted in this Section. To the extent applicable to Software, Customer may be required to follow RSA’s then current product registration process, if any, to obtain and input an authorization key or license file.

Use of Software may require Customer to complete Vendor’s then current product registration process, if any, to obtain and input an authorization key or license file.

RSA grants to Customer a nonexclusive and nontransferable (except as otherwise permitted herein) license (with no right to sublicense) to use (i) Software solely for Customer’s internal business purposes; (ii) Documentation related to Software solely for the purpose of supporting Customer’s use of Software. Licenses granted to Customer shall continue for the duration as indicated on the RSA quote, and commence on Delivery of the physical media or the date Customer is notified of availability for electronic download, as applicable; and (iii) with respect to Software that was Delivered to Customer on Equipment, use such Software only on the Equipment with which it was provided. Use of Software may require Customer to complete RSA’s then current product registration process, if any, to obtain and input an authorization key or license file.

General License Grant. Vectorworks, Inc. ("Vectorworks") grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software according to the applicable terms set forth below, subject to your compliance with this agreement. The software is owned by Vectorworks and its suppliers, and is protected by United States and international laws and treaties. You may not copy the software, except as provided in this agreement. Any copies that you are permitted to make pursuant to this agreement are subject to this agreement and must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the software.
