General Programs. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the employee benefit programs established by the Company, such as medical, pension, disability and life insurance plans, to the extent that the Employee is eligible for such benefits in accordance with the Company's policies, as they may be changed from time to time. Nothing in this Agreement requires the adoption or maintenance of any such arrangements or plans. So long as the Company is not providing medical insurance to the Employee, the Company will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable costs he incurs in obtaining medical insurance coverage (pursuant to COBRA or otherwise).
General Programs. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the employee benefit plans and programs of the Company, if any, to the extent that his position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate in such plans or programs, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its Executives at any time.
General Programs. The work specified in this specification shall be in accordance with all Federal, State, County and City laws, codes, and ordinances and shall follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to, the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and National Institution of Building Sciences (NIBS).

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Insurance Programs 35.1 Fringe Benefits a. The Board agrees to provide the: Individual core plan premium on behalf of each regular full time employee Part-time regular employees may receive pro-rated insurance benefits if eligible by the carrier. b. When an employee and legally recognized spouse are both employed by the district and are eligible for the school district group plan, the district shall, at the employees' option, combine the district's insurance contribution toward the family plan.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3).   • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Programs and Services Every aspect of the service you provide is considered part of your program, and therefore it must be accessible to individuals with disabilities. This includes parking lots, service counters and spaces, transportation (shuttles, etc.), agendas, flyers, emails, online services, phone calls, meetings, celebrations, classes, recreational activities and more. The guidance in this document is primarily intended to help you provide accessible programs by providing you with the tools to: ▪ survey facilities and identify common architectural barriers for people with disabilities; ▪ identify common ADA compliance problems in your communications and activities; and ▪ remove barriers and fix common ADA compliance problems in these areas. Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan. It shall be construed under and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Rhode Island and federal law as amended from time to time. It replaces any agreement previously issued to you. If this agreement changes, an amendment or new agreement will be provided.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.
