General Staff Meetings. A. Teachers shall not be required to attend more than nine (9) general staff meetings during the school year. Such meetings shall take place after working hours and normally will not exceed one hour in length. Adequate notification with agendas will be provided.
B. It is further understood that not fewer than one-fifth (1/5) of the teaching staff may call for a meeting of the building's teachers at any time during the school year and when such call is made, the principal shall schedule such a meeting, after the working hours of teachers.
General Staff Meetings. Teachers shall make the time available for meetings on Monday, no more than three (3) Mondays per month, and two

Friday after school is excluded as a meeting day requiring teacher attendance unless an emergency situation occurs as determined by a Building Principal or department chairperson. The Administration is encouraged to give sufficient notice of all general staff meetings. An effort will be made to schedule general staff meetings on a day other than the day prior to a holiday.

General staff meetings dates for the year will be provided by the second week of school. Any rescheduled meeting dates must be agreed upon by a majority of the building’s teachers. Such meetings shall take place before or after working hours and may be held in a virtual or in person format and staff will not be expected to stay beyond one hour from the scheduled start of the meeting. Adequate notification with agendas will be provided.
B. It is further understood that no fewer than one-fifth (1/5) of the teaching staff may call for a meeting of the building's teachers at any time during the school year and when such call is made, the principal shall schedule such a meeting, after the working hours of teachers.
C. Staff meetings will normally be used for building or district housekeeping, information sharing, and team building exercises.
General Staff Meetings. CONTRACTOR shall attend the General Staff meetings quarterly in their Regional Office area upon the CPM’s request.
General Staff Meetings. 1. A meeting of the FAC, RCD, MLC, RCD-N, RCD-ML and Maï-Maï General Staffs is convened before the Transition Government takes office;
2. This meeting proceeds with the drafting of a master plan for the establishment of the restructured and integrated national army.
I. Close quarter protection for the Leaders of the Transition
1. In accordance with item 1 (a) of Annexure 5 to the Global and Inclusive Agreement, each leader will choose 5 to 15 bodyguards for his personal safety.
2. The bodyguards' mission will be as follows:
a) Ensure the close-quarter and personal protection of the identified leaders;
b) Ensure the safety of their offices, residences and other buildings and key facilities until the commissioning of an integrated national police force.
3. Awaiting their eventual incorporation in the integrated national police force, the bodyguards will fall under the authority of an integrated central command that will benefit from an international support.
4. The integrated central command will help the parties to fix the exact number of members of personnel required for each leader's protection and will evaluate their equipment, logistic and weapons needs.
General Staff Meetings. The Centre will hold 4 general staff meetings a year with a minimum paid call of 1.5 hours. One of these meetings will be dedicated to OH&S matters.
General Staff Meetings. Teachers shall make the time available for possible meetings on Monday, no more than four (4) Mondays per month. Notice of such meetings shall be posted or announced by noon of the previous Friday. All meetings shall have an agenda and the agenda will be placed in the teachers' mailboxes no later than one-half day preceding the time of the meeting. In the event the meeting is canceled, notice of said cancellation shall be given to teachers at least one-half day preceding the time of the meeting. Meetings shall be held after the student day unless the majority of teachers affected want a different time. The teachers shall only be required to attend a sixty (60) minute meeting and have the option of leaving the meeting at the hour xxxx without repercussions.
1. Such meetings shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) Building faculty meetings
General Staff Meetings. General staff meetings called by the administrative personnel shall be limited to not more than one (1), one hour and fifteen minute session per month. Additional staff meetings may be called by mutual consent of the building principal and the building representative. Emergency meetings may be called by the administration as necessary for unforeseen events. Every attempt shall be made to give an agenda to all teachers at least one (1) day prior to the meeting to insure effective input.
General Staff Meetings. Teachers shall make the time available for meetings for the purpose of working on building and district initiatives that are related no more than two (2) 90 minute or three (3) one hour meetings per month, not to exceed 30 hours in a school year. Notice of such meetings shall be communicated by noon of the previous Friday. All meetings shall have an agenda and the agenda will be placed in the teachers' mailboxes or emailed no later than one-half day preceding the time of the meeting. In the event the meeting is canceled, notice of said cancellation shall be given to teachers at least one-half day preceding the time of the meeting when possible. Meetings shall be held after the student day unless the majority of teachers affected want a different time.

(c) Team meetings
(d) Curriculum meetings
(e) In-Service workshop meetings/ Professional Development
(f) Grade Level Content/Expectation Meetings
2. The time and duration of building, department, and team meetings shall be set by the administrator and staff at meetings shall last no more than ninety (90) minutes. The time and duration of curriculum meetings and in-service workshop meetings shall be set at the first meeting with adjustments made as the administrator and staff deem necessary.
3. Time shall be allocated to the OPEA on the agenda for general staff meetings. The building representative shall provide the principal with the item(s) to be included on the agenda.
