Geo-location. 16.1. As a part of the System, certain authorised Users can check-in to project sites. This functionality can be offered to another User to allow the User to be aware of when that authorised User is on a particular worksite (Check-in Functionality). 16.2. This Check-in Functionality be verified by Trabr (Verification). If the User opts to utilise the Verification functionality, Trabr will use geo-fencing (Geo-Fencing) to verify the check-in location of that authorised User and disclose such verification. 16.3. The Geo-Fencing will only be activated when the authorised User is located at the site nominated as the site for the relevant project. 16.4. Trabr will not store data about your location or track the location of a User when it is not located at the nominated project site. 16.5. The Geo-Fencing will be undertaken by tracking the SIM card or mobile number of the authorised User and determining when it is within a certain distance from the nominated project site. 16.6. If You opt in to use the Verification of the Check-in Functionality, then You agree that: (a) Trabr will use Geo-Fracking to verify your check-in at a project site; (b) Trabr will notify the User as to whether or not your check-in has been verified; (c) Trabr will not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors in respect of the Geo-Fencing or the Verification.
Geo-location. If the upload of personal data would likely lead to a geo-location, the Customer may oppose said upload by disabling the collection and transmission of information on the Vehicle and his profile in the menu Services – Settings – Data share. The Customer may also re-activate this geo-location feature under the same terms.
Geo-location. While in active service under a Short-Term TSP Lease, geo-location information about TSP Vehicles (including but not limited to vehicles subject a Ryder TLSA or equipped with a Ryder supported GPS device) may be provided to Ryder and the LP in order to provide accurate tracking of leased units. The parties acknowledge and agree that: (a) TSP Vehicle geo-location information may be obtained by Ryder and the LP while a TSP Vehicle is in service as an available vehicle under Phase I or is providing active service through Phases II and III; and (b) the approximate location of TSP Vehicles may be displayed to Participating Parties during the selection, active use and return phases of operation. In addition, Xxxxx may monitor, track and share with third parties a TSP Vehicle’s geo-location information obtained by the TSP Software for safety and security purposes. Purposefully tampering with geo-location information or disabling geo-location services while logged in to the TSP Software shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement and a basis for immediate termination of the Agreement. Xxxxx reserves the right to remotely disable access to or operation of a TSP Vehicle in the event of such a breach by BMC.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2.   • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.

  • Closing Location The Closing shall be held at the location designated by the Corporation or, if no such designation is made, at the office of Seller's Attorney.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Loan Party as of the Closing Date.

  • Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.
