CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. (a) The Customer shall have, subject to terms of this agreement, a right to use the Locker for keeping belongings and expect reasonable care by the Bank for protecting such belongings and in case of the Bank’s failure to do so, avail of such remedies as may be available from time to time under the applicable law and regulations.
(b) The Bank acknowledges the Customer’s rights as may prevail from time to time under the applicable law and regulations.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. If Transpower does not remedy or remove the non-compliance within 10 Business Days from the date of receipt of the notice specifying the non- compliance, the Customer may, without prejudice to any rights it may have at law or under this Agreement (including the dispute resolution procedures under clause 21) terminate Part B: Point Connection and Part C: Grid Connection in relation to any Point of Connection to which the non-compliance relates.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the Agreement and these additional terms and conditions, Customer will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Zingle Materials, during the applicable Subscription Term, for the sole and limited purpose of communicating with Consumers. Customer’s rights to send and receive text messages via the Zingle Materials may be limited based on the level of Zingle Service identified in the applicable Order, and Customer agrees to abide by such limitations.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. 4.4.1. Have access to the Box and use it in accordance with the Agreement;
4.4.2. To insure Box Content at its sole discretion.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. (a) Subject to Clause 6.3:
(i) the Customer may terminate the drawing arrangements at any time by giving 60 days’ written notice to the Supplier;
(ii) the Customer may stop payment of a particular drawing by giving 60 days’ written notice to the Supplier; and
(iii) the Customer may request changes to the frequency of drawings by contacting the Supplier and advising of changes no less than 10 business days prior to the Due Date.
(b) Where the Customer considers that a drawing has been initiated incorrectly the Customer should take the matter up directly and immediately with the Supplier.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. If the Supplier fails to show reasonable cause by the stated date and time, the Customer may, by written notice to the Supplier, terminate the Contract.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. If the provider’s service is unsatisfactory or if the provider neglects his duty, the customer has to give notice to the provider in written form within 14 days after the service has been carried out. The provider has an adequate period of time to amend the service (amendment or compensation).
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. The CUSTOMER shall have the right to use the LICENSED SOFTWARE on any computer within his/her installation. The CUSTOMER may:
a. Edit, format or otherwise modify the LICENSED SOFTWARE, provided however that portions of the LICENSED SOFTWARE included in a modified work shall remain subject to our terms and conditions of this Agreement;
b. Copy the LICENSED SOFTWARE only for (i) using the program on the designated systems; and (ii) for archive and emergency restart.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. To the extent that any period of interruption results in a loss to Customer of the use of the Service sufficient to constitute a Confirmed Outage under Sections 5.1 and 5.2 above, and/or a Confirmed Failure under Section 7.2 below, the Customer shall have all of the rights and remedies regarding Outage Credits in accordance with Section 5.3 above and/or termination in accordance with Section 7.2 below, as applicable.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS. 3.4.1. Receive the services stipulated herein.
3.4.2. Transfer the shipment to the Contractor to render services in person or through authorised persons of the Customer.
3.4.3. Submit claims to the Contractor regarding the services provided according to the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
